With more than 20 years of experience in hiring strategy and talent development, Chad is passionate about helping companies align the right people with the right roles. He brings a practical, business-minded approach to workforce planning, using tools like PXT Select to cut through hiring guesswork and improve long-term outcomes. Whether he’s advising a CEO or coaching a hiring manager, Chad’s focus is always the same: building strong teams that actually work.

Amanda Roman brings a sharp eye for talent and a heart for people to her role as COO at CoreWise Workforce Strategy Partners.  After years of building and leading teams in the environmental consulting space, she transferred her skills with an aim to reinvent the talent acquisition space.  Amanda has spent her career helping businesses build high-performing teams by focusing on both the technical and behavioral sides of hiring. She’s known for her strategic mindset, no-nonsense coaching style, and ability to turn chaotic hiring processes into streamlined, successful systems. Amanda is passionate about making hiring more human—and more effective—by aligning candidates with roles where they can truly thrive.
